The Process

Once it is agreed that we can work together, we would simply sign a strategic alliance agreement outlining the referral or other fees to be paid to you.

How the Program Works:

1. Over 250 companies utilize PPM.net as their exclusive private placement memorandum (PPM) writing firm.  The majority of these firms charge their clients traditional costs related to PPM development and pay us our fee, which is significantly lower than the average fee offline.

• Many others have created alliances with us where we offer a percentage base commission for bringing business our way, both for document creation and capital acquisition.  This means that if you refer us a client you would be paid a pre-negotiated percentage of the overall document cost, and if we successfully raise capital, a percentage of the proceeds as well.
