144A Corporate Bond Offering

144A corporate bond offering and document preparation is what PPM.net undertakes daily. To conduct a 144A bond offering a company should be prepared to issue bonds. That is, the company is near ready to begin raising capital, minus the needed paperwork.

144A Offering memorandum and Paperwork

To conduct a 144A corporate bond offering a company must write or draft the offering memorandum, also referred to as a private placement memorandum. The offering memorandum is one of the most important documents needed to conduct a 144A corporate bond offering, and indeed an offering memorandum is only one of several needed pieces of the 144A puzzle.

ISIN Number and CUSIP Number

In order to somewhat complete the bond offering process, a CUSIP number, which is a 9 digit securities identifier, or an ISIN number, which is a 12 digit securities identifier (they are both convertible with each other) are needed. The ISIN and CUSIP are important as it helps identify the securities and assists with cross border trading and settlement. Without a CUSIP or ISIN code the bond is not a complete package.
