Opko Health completes $31 million private placement

Miami, Florida Private Placement — Opko Health completed a $31 million private placement with seven accredited investors, the company announced via private placement offering memornadum in Miami, Florida.

Each of the financiers, including Vector Group Ltd., Chung Chia Company Limited, Grandtime Associates Limited, Gold Sino Assets Limited, Oracle Partners LP, Oracle Institutional Partners LP and Nora Real Estate S.A., entered into investment transactions with Opko between May 26 and June 1, according to a press release from the company.
