The competitive landscape should explain the working environment for the Company (your company) with regards to small and large, direct and in-direct competition. Select 3 to 4 competitors who will directly affect the Company’s ability to perform. The chosen competition should comprise of companies who offer similar products/services and companies who offer substitute products/services. If there are giant competitors, describe who they are and how they will affect the Company. Describe each company, what they offer, their business size, their location, and a brief history. If available, include 2 or 3 website links about that particular competitor in the news. It is a good idea to include the link for the competitor’s website as well. This should be no longer then 1 paragraph per company totaling 1 to 2 pages.

In the 2nd paragraph, explain how the Company will differentiate from the competitor. Will customer service be different? Will the Company compete with price? It is important to express how the Company will handle each competitor, but do not go into to much detail. This parapgraph should be about 3 to 4 sentences long.
