Sam Goldberg, MBA

Capital Acquisition and Business Planning

Sam brings years of experience to PPM.net in capital acquisition and business consulting. His expertise lies in commercial real estate and hi-tech financing. He has negotiated term sheets of nearly $2.5 billion since joining the team in 2006. His keen insights into the various factors needed in order for entrepreneurs to procure capital have helped PPM.net grow in both size and credibility. The head of PPM.net often characterizes Sam as a ‘master negotiator’ and an ‘analytical genius’. He is an expert business plan writer and in addition to raising capital, Sam specializes in corporate finance with a primary focus on the health care sector and real estate. Sam has worked on Wall Street for years in investment banking. He has an MBA from Baruch College.

Robert Mahdavi, COO

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Technology Officer

Robert oversees the day-to-day operations of PPM.net’s international partners, and is in charge of the Company’s web applications and consults for private placement offerings and business plan development. Robert specializes in private placement offerings and 144a private offerings as well. He has extensive experience in private mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings and other forms of financing, executive compensation, technology partnerships, real estate transactions, valuations, and more. A pioneer from Seattle in the field of web and software development, Robert is first and foremost a lifelong student of mathematics and philosophy.  Robert is a recognized and often consulted authority on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and facilitates Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the creation of successful algorithmic design and development.

Paul Azous, CEO

As PPM.net’s founder and CEO, Paul has led the Company’s growth to become an industry leader in private placement memorandum and business plan consulting. Under his guidance, PPM.net has become – not the largest – but one of the most effective companies to emerge in the entrepreneurial and capital acquisition spheres in the past decade.

As the head of Company oversight, Paul is responsible for several divisions that specialize in business plan development, private placement memorandum writing and private placement, franchise creation in the U.S. and more. Over the past decade, Paul has helped scores of companies launch their businesses, including assisting in the development of their business plan, due diligence material, and company valuations. Israel A. Frenkel, Esq. is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is a member of the New York Bar. As Chief Counsel of PPM.net, Israel’s practice focuses primarily in the area of commercial law and securities law, including private placement offerings, organizational formation and dissolution, banking and financial services, litigation practice and procedure, and commercial real estate offerings and 144a private placement offerings. Israel has served the purchasing community by forming a consumer advocacy initiative. Mr. Frenkel and his team service PPM.net’s worldwide client base who seek access to and protection in the American market.

Michael Dacks, Esq.

Counsel, PPM.net and Business Plan Law LLC

Michael Dacks is co-chief attorney of PPM.net. He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Mike specializes in North American securities law, corporate litigation and intellectual property rights. He oversees much of the European, Asian and Middle Eastern transactions of the company, including private placement and business plan development and capital acquisition. He is intimately involved with the hi-tech companies that are formed in and launched from Tel Aviv, one of the hi-tech capitals of the world.

Kevin Wright

EB 5 Consultant / Foreign Investment / Independent Consultant

Kevin is the primary EB-5 consultant of PPM.net. As an accomplished researcher, analyst, and professional author, Kevin has written scores of business plans and helped many entrepreneurs gain debt and equity financing. Since early 2007, Kevin has become one of the world’s foremost experts on the EB-5 immigration investment Visa. He has assisted and enabled many American entrepreneurs to establish Regional Centers across the United States and raise capital in industries ranging from Retail Automotive, Real Estate Development, and Start Up Capital. Kevin is a customer service oriented team member that often serves as project lead interfacing with clients and team members to coordinate the flow of information between clients and PPM.net. As an IMPLAN software specialist, Kevin has authored numerous economic analysis to demonstrate the local employment and economic impacts of various projects to local, state, and federal agencies.

Aaron Schwamberg, MA

Business Plan / PPM / Funding Consultant

Aaron has been a strategic consultant for PPM.net for many years. A gifted writer and orator, Aaron is an often sought after lecturer on finance and general international commerce. He is an expert in the real estate industry, strategic planning, organization behavior, and business development strategies. Aside from his work in finance, Aaron also assists non-profit organizations in fund development strategies and implementation. Tied into the venture capital crowd of Silicon Valley and Seattle, with close ties to many Las Vegas casino moguls, Aaron has brought to PPM.net the perfect marriage of social awareness and business savy.

Shosh Stone

Director of Business Plan Development

After being with the Company for more than two years, Shosh has perfected the style of PPM.net’s business plan format. She is responsible for managing and consulting clients with their business development needs. Her major goal is to ensure that the Company’s clients are given the necessary tools to advance their business. In addition to business plans, Shosh prepares business proposals, executive summaries, and financial statements. In order to further help individuals write their own business plans, she maintains the Company’s blog providing business plan tips and recommendations. Shosh will continue to work with the executive leadership to further promote the Company’s products and services.

Nagappan Chettiar

Lead Software Technician

Nagappan Chettiar has more than 12 years of experience in Software Development, IT Consulting and Project Management. He oversees the development and implementation of PPM.net’s software clientele. Nagappan has worked for large international corporations within the area of Telecommunication, Health care and Banking. He has worked abroad as well, overseeing the establishment of new opportunities and managing applications in different areas, environments and cultures. Nagappan has solid experience in the development of many software-systems, as well as in team-management and project management, all of which lays a solid foundation for him to guide and support companies with their IT-projects. He hold a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Danny Abrams

Summer Intern, 2009

Danny Abrams is a Marketing and Development intern at PPM.net. A Junior at the University of Southern California (USC) Danny is majoring in business with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. During the school year he works part time for an ecommerce company specializing in the sale and distribution of gloves and protective gear.  Danny is learning web development, product pricing and positioning, and promotional strategies, among others. He enjoys acting and jogging in Central Park in the early morning hours.
